I believe in the spirit of creative energy. Each person has it. Most don't get to use it. The language we speak and or write is easily written off as being something people don't understand. Therefore decision makers are quick to rely on those that speak their street. So much is lost. But it can be regained.

The Business Of You

There is so much stress at the workplace. I believe its because bad bosses get away with abusing their employees. When questioned. Its no different than domestic violence. The boss pleads, "If you only knew how much pressure I'm under." Nobody not even HR is going to protect the employee. Therefore the employee needs to remove the name tag. You are the President and CEO of the business of self. You aren't an employee. Your boss is the client.
