Why Do We Honor Lazy People
Why do we allow so many slow moving coworkers or family members control our end result? I believe we put them in front of us to slow us down. I believe lazy people are used to shape the bosses image. Lazy people are a vital part of our process. Until the lazy person leaves us dry.

Documenting the Conversations
There's a lot of energy being shared while the congregation gathers each Sunday. While some speak of the BBQ's and Birthdays and what they'll be doing later in the day. I choose to take ten minutes and have a conversation with God. Its become a habit to sit in a moment governed by Christ before setting my energy free to speak openly with others.

Developing A Voice
Maybe its because I've been in radio for 37 years. Speaking in public isn't an issue for me. Where along the lines did the fear of people disappear? I believe its because I am a writer. When you allow the creative soul inside to have a voice on the outside. Being a speaker comes completely natural.

We get lost in our own dreams and thoughts without realizing that maybe the moment wasn't meant for us. I used to have a program director that would ask "Where's the benefit for the radio listener?" I began to realize, "In all that we do. What is the benefit for the passerby?"
