The Box Turtle Diaries

You are expected to change. You are expected to deliver quality work without getting a pay raise. You are expected to be neighborly. You are expected to have enough money to afford what your teens want. You are expected to expect change.

Addiction Finds A Cure

If the world suddenly couldn't "Smart Phone" would there be any reason to live? If circles of friends physically had communication. Would the neighborhood be completely different. There's a lot of talk taking place in 2014. But rarely is it face to face. It's through social networks. We have become addicted to watching other people fail. The song featured is called Next In Line. It comes from my new collection of music The Soundtrack to Scrambled Eggs. Lyrics written by Jana Rice and Arroe Collins

Nude Photos

I've never been the type of person that hangs out in circles of conversation. I go to work to work. I'm never seen in bars or nightclubs. Rarely if ever. Do you catch my presence inside an invitation that which opens doors for new relationship. Unless I become "The Actor" What is "Chance" but a "Dare" What are you willing to wager to make success the reality?

Stop Blaming Chinese Food

It's not what you had for dinner that's swiped the steam from your engines moving forward. There's no such thing as a sudden snow storm. Bad day at work? The process of rain requires the sun to pick up moisture then carry it beyond the beginning. Your life and challenges are no different.

Life After Death With No Judgment

The arrival of departure scares more than those who've just learned the news. The separation between here and there involves personal fear. The fear of having written and or created something that when found. There will be judgment. Without there being a way to defend. It's left in the hands of God. Does the creator? Lean into the pointed finger and say, "Not in my court. Not today or any day."

God Isn't Found

There are no posters that scream: Wanted! There's never a piece of paper hung from a telephone pole shouting: Lost. Stop saying, "I found God" You found you.

Numb Emotionless Without Victory

The title alone sounds like a Face Book entry. The world of social networking has turned silent people into writers. But without muzzles. Lashing out has become a way of life. Attempting to defuse only adds confusion. We are a planet of very expressive emotions that are leaving millions daily numb and without victory. Is that truly where you want to be?

What If God Spoke

Instead of asking, "Why me or why is this happening?" Have you ever looked outward beyond the horizon you already know and realized the presence of a newer shape in need? You are challenged not to steal from the depths of your purpose. You are brought into war zone to participate with the higher calling of being "The Teacher."

Lets Ban The Internet

I've never been a fan of the world wide web. Believing it has destroyed more lives than war. We've become a planet of dream seeking missiles set to hit the center of failure. The internet tells us that we can do it. Keeping you from finding success are mentors and true leaders. Where are they? Battling fear. The fear of being replaced. The fear of opening a human imagination and letting the future step inside. When you don't fill your heart with success. You find the internet.

The Skeleton River Never Dies

The aging ache of getting old is the number skeletons that are forced to live in our closets. We heave then ho! We try to drop kick the collected masses of emptiness and failure from our chapters already written only to learn the song on the radio takes you right back to where you started. I Want It Now Or Else

Society is run on having a great economy. There can be no economy unless things break. The makers of all things materialistic design products that keep you buying. Then one day you can't afford to pay the fine a bank tosses your direction because your ATM was used one too many times.

Laziness Not Accepted

The division in this country isn't feast or famine but hard worker learning how to accept what a nation's government feeds into: Laziness. Through technology we are lazy. Through national health care we have given permission for people to become lazy. Why change if your life if a church of loving followers will show up one day and do the work for you? Yes! I am bothered by laziness! Then I heard the message from my teacher. Listen to Pastor Furtick's message

Infecting The Planet With Your Music

What is anger? But a closed off imagination. What is suddenness? But a hidden soul. Why do we become addicted to other people's music when your heart has created its own?

Back It Down Your Attack

They come at you one hundred at a time. If you blink. Swallow. If you respond. You're the one hauled into HR. Only to be told that you have to love people more. It was the loving and supporting that got you in trouble. When people become addicted to your unconditional support. Expect to be injured.

White-out Doesn't White Out

Being grateful isn't the act but rather the choice. Believing in the spirit of life requires one rule billions don't want to face. And yet we keep marching forward. Only to stumble. Like all bodies made from dirt and dust. Dreams begin to break. The weight isn't the anticipation of taking on a new task. But the imprint of where you've been.

Titling The Planet Like A Comet On Fire

Show me the person that doesn't bump into the voice, face and soul of a passerby that has the unwavering strength to move an object 1,000,000 times larger than a billion mile long destiny. The strength of willingness outweighs the presence of a lazy heart. Wise... isn't an automatic. To be and or become? First you have to be willing to be alive. Not just a stick floating down a stream.

Sleepless Nights Aren't Ghosts

The last time I was blessed with a full nights sleep was in November of 1992. True story! I've spent the past twenty two years seeking professional help to mindfully sitting in very large rooms doing nothing more than holding a writing instrument. No matter how many man made devices and or medications have been introduced. I've yet to sleep an entire night. What if it's something so simple but more dramatic than a daytime soap opera? What if its the umbilical chord your mother never severed?

The Making Of Silence

The longer you stand inside a convenience store the more you realize how quickly the world is letting go. Barely a person can handle silence. The mind and body have to be constantly under construction. To create. To run. To discovery. When someone feels tired. The goal is to locate the next high. God gets an email. He sends to you a text message. What is your choice?

Processing Elaboration Invites Injury

If you sit in a mall and "People Watch" long enough. Zombies begin to appear. Lifeless, leaderless and completely dedicated to making success their reality. But "Good Business" in 2014 is to watch you fail. What is your first choice?
