Greatest Teacher Never Known

It's incredibly tough to be you. How did you? Why did you? Then again...are the experiences you've met lessons that could be taught? We meet. We greet. We play and we explore. How many marriages are destroyed over the simple side of a persons life that no one knew or understood? Books written by Arroe

Creative Prayer

Even at fifty one I have no clue as to what is and isn't looked upon as being prayer. I'm amazed at how easily preachers can jump into it. But as a thirty five year broadcasting professional I often wonder if what they are saying is just as fake as me talking about how great the new Taylor Swift song is. I mean. I love Taylor Swift and what she has done to the presence of songwriting and performing. But do listeners believe me? Arroe's books

Author Sylvia Anthony Returns

I lecture every week on Broadcasting campuses vowing to make a difference with tomorrows vocal and writing champions. The connection required in a social networking society is based on one rule: Never take your eyes, ears nose and desire off what really counts... real people. There's a side of this nation that politics aren't interested in and yet every day more faces and voices fall into the valley below. From the ashes of failure comes not a super hero. She'll kick your butt for calling her one. A single woman of 84 led by the word of God. webpage Email address SYLVIASHAVENINC@aol.com

Unexpectedly Living In The Past

I've have been one of the biggest cheerleaders for the world wide web since the day it poured onto Radio's new stage of connection. What I never expected was how being on the web doesn't erase the past like your imagination. We are writer's of the present. Often times we write of the past. But we are still living in the present. What then happens when what you've written returns to the present? Good bad or whatever! The biggest and best stories of all time. To see that someone four years later has attached themselves to what you once said has a way of forcing you into a past...you once labeled long gone and forgiven.

Creative Leader

Being open with my creative flow has taken decades to shape. More importantly to trust. The view of what you see inside your imagination doesn't belong to you. It's how the universe speaks. To keep it is selfish. But how do you wade through judgment?

Painted Faces Inside the Horizon

We run. We hide. We dine on the assumption of others disliking you for whatever reason your heart creates today. We aren't trained to free ourselves from the grips of assumption, Its too easy to let other peoples bad glares, stares and whispered words hurt us. How can we climb into the horizon without the weight of of another persons bad luggage

Publically Speaking About God

Once you put yourself out there. The very moment the decision is made to make public your view from the highest peak or lowest valley. You are designed to fear. To coward away from your beliefs. Because feeling accepted is so much easier. But there's a way to project without having to infect.

Freely Selling Your Soul

Seventeen years after writing a Poet's thought. I return to relive its impact. The entangled webs we weave through places spiders never discover leave no attachment to all things that fall. Believed upon does not require willingness or acceptance—but rather a three minute timer. Cradled is the lonely mans tear, his only weapon a pen. For any word bled need not be food to anyone’s soul other than they who chose to sever a throat or two. This paper is nothing but a blanket of warmth. Your eyes re-ignite what would’ve cost any man his life. Yes, it’s believed to be a battle with self-doubt—for only you know of your own willingness or acceptance—to which I ask, “What saves you from partnering with the spider? This in time will invite natures curse…the cockroach.” Books by Arroe

The Mountain Versus The Valley

Whatever happened to the birth of brilliant ideas? Why are other people always getting credit for being idea starters but not you? What is the break down of our break down? Why has letting go become the best idea?

The Wedding Interview

Demand is in high demand. To demand and not receive makes enemies out of the best of friends. It forces us into states of interviewing. Or lets call a spade a spade. Interrogating. We developed into a wandering nation of extremely touchy easy offended individuals whose hearts are no longer real. They were once made out of glass. But through demand. Time has left no space for it to be blown into place.

What Is Invasion

The hot new fad is "Invasion" National Security has probably heard some of your phone calls or intercepted your text messages. Russia has invaded another nation. Businesses striving to stay on top invade their employees lives by demanding more production without giving into more dollars. In fact they've cut back hours. Bullying in school. Children making sexual advances on other students because they see it in videos. Invasion is a powerful word. And yet its living so freely in and around our lives without the violator being held accountable.

What Is Leadership

I stand back a lot and study the habits and behaviors of business named leaders. Those who've been chosen to lead a group of people to business success. The best comedy on the planet is watching the vision of a book trained leader turn into an animated bleep and blunder. What is leadership? Ask a leader right? What if you asked God first?

The Fear Isn't Dieing

List the five things you tend to run away from. Very rarely do you find this answer: I run from exposing my love for Jesus Christ. To be so open instantly earns you a different description. Oh you are a Jesus Freak Bible Thumper. When accused of something you aren't. Like art. You begin a process of hiding your love for religion or spirituality.

Mountains of Pre-Thought

A writer rarely if ever knows what they will put down onto paper or shoot through the elements that make up the computer age. This day. I started writing about mountains. I stopped multiple times to try and figure out why of all things? After finishing. I picked up my smart phone. Only to learn why.

Dreams and Visions Are The First Steps Of Failure

Rarely does a day begin without someone quickly sharing their dream or vision with me. I wish I had a mirror in my studio! To study my facial expressions. To see what its like when the idea of someone's wish and or wanting. Good bad or ugly. Has now been handed off to me like a football during an extremely important game. In the 1980's I learned to wake myself up from dreams. To waste no time in a sleeping state if what I see appears to be the elements of a dream. This might explain why I have a difficult time getting a full nights rest. But the end result is... I find nothing but injury in everything that is a dream and or vision. Learn to live what you can control.

Conversations Erase Assumption

I love it when the 11:00 o'clock news brags of the city crime rate dropping when we all know the biggest crime of all continues. The physical act of people, coworkers, friends and family stealing your energy and art. They get away with it daily, hourly and even on weekends. No matter how alone and empty you feel. Replacing what's been taken is a void. Who has time to make up when you've been held up? The book Conversation With The Devil

Wasting Money On Motivation

I'm just as guilty as anyone. I've spent too much money on motivational tools and not enough time on the key reason why you have life. What is motivation? Millions of people are making money off lifting your reasons for wanting to live a better life. They are becoming rich. Yet you feel so poor.

Writing Only To Be Wrong

There's no pain worse than the receiver of your positive writing taking each thought and making it look like knives. All that passion to let someone see your unconditional love and in the end it feels so stupid. So you learn the art of fake smiles. As a writer of text messages we are rarely given required space to display true emotion. Therefore the reader assumes. Find out more about the books
