Stop Saying I'm Sorry

Too many times during the average business day coworkers and friends are allowed to beat the hell out of your emotions followed by the quick, "I'm sorry." Too many times during the average week we accuse ourselves of being forgetful. We've lost our memory. Seriously? My new book Scrambled Eggs is about a man that had his memory taken away. But damn him! He won't convince himself to quit making new ones.
