OPT Other People's Time

I'm not one that puts a lot of faith in being late. I can't stand it when others do it to me... Why would I want to do it to them? But that's not how we live in 2016. It's acceptable to be late. Yet we get upset when the fast food restaurant makes you pull up and wait for a hot fresh chicken wrap.
